LASER SKIN REJUVENATION TREATMENT

Based on your skin concerns, your Kucumber specialist will apply a lotion to prepare your skin. The lotion produces a mask that absorbs the surface of your stratum corneum — the top layer of the epidermis. The mask contributes to both thermal and mechanical exfoliation, which varies depending on where you are in your treatment plan.

Your Kucumber specialist will apply the lotion 15 minutes prior to the laser treatment. Once the laser begins pulsing, you will hear slight snapping sounds; you may also feel a mild tingling or warmth. Your provider will make multiple passes over your skin with the laser during each treatment. Each pass will add to the improvement of your skin’s tone, texture, and coloration. Whether it's melasma, acne scars, or hyperpigmentation there is a treatment plan for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Patients experience little to no redness, scaling, or peeling of the skin. Your skin will feel instantly smooth and glow visibly. The intensity of the effects will vary based on the laser energy and desired outcome. Most patients require very little downtime. Depending on your individual goals, four to six treatments are necessary for moderate effects, with initial improvements seen after just one treatment.

Address a range of skin concerns with the exceptionally effective 1064 Q-switch Nd: YAG.
